- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Olive oil spray or light cooking oil for grilling
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
