Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups bow tie pasta farfalle
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook the Bow Tie Pasta

  • Begin by boiling a pot of salted water. Add the bow tie pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Add the broccoli florets in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Sauté the Vegetables

  • In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until softened.

Step 4: Prepare the Sauce

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Step 5: Combine Everything

  • Return the cooked chicken and drained pasta with broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything together along with the creamy sauce, ensuring the pasta and chicken are well-coated.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken bow tie pasta before serving. Enjoy !
