- 280 gr of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 225 gr unsalted butter softened
- 50 gr white sugar
- 150 gr brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Dark chocolate tablet
Cream the butter and sugars
With a manual or electric mixer, mix 225 grams of unsalted butter, 150gr of brown sugar, 50gr of white sugar and a large egg, and vanilla extract.
Combine everything
Then you can fold the flour and the baking powder into your preparation with a spatula, until you do not see any flour left. But try to not mix it too much to get a good cookie texture.
Afterwards, you can simply add chocolate chips and the chopped walnuts.
Tips : To have large melting chocolate chunks in your cookies, take a large dark chocolate tablet and break it in its own packaging before adding it into the preparation.
Scoop and bake
With a large ice scream scoop or a large table spoon just form small balls with the cookie dough and put them on the baking sheet.
Tips : Leave some space between the cookies so they do not stick together. You can add large chocolate chunk and walnuts on the top of your cookie dough balls to get beautiful cookies.
