Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken thighs or boneless chicken chop
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

  • Begin by mixing soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the chicken chop pieces, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes for a flavorful chicken chop recipe.

Step 2: Heat the Oil

  • In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Ensure it's hot enough to sear the chicken chop to a golden brown.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

  • Place the marinated chicken chop in the pan, skin-side down, if any. Cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken chop is cooked through and juicy.

Step 4: Rest and Serve

  • Remove the chicken chop from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. This ensures juiciness and tenderness. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
